This company took a full payment over the phone, but on the website it says they take 25% down payment. They promised to "securely transport" a big mirror for over ? 150 for them to tell me that "securely" indicates in cling wrap and they I didn't pay for additional wrap and they wouldn't be responsible if it broke. If your shipment was not finished for aby factor your deposit will be reimbursed, the site specifies your things are insured and also not to worry and that. They want to charge me as well as just supply a partial reimbursement or bill me ? 70 extra to rebook as well as pack the mirror!! Total evening mare. And also they missed out on the shipment home window!! Avoid prevent avoid.
