Local move within Kent, WA

They were on time, as well as functioned really difficult throughout the moving procedure. I truly appreciated the means this moving group functioned, I highly recommend!

Long-distance move from San Jose, CA to Dallas, OR

These people function so tough! They are fast, efficient, and complete. Whatever was supplied in best condition. They actually made moving feeling as easy as it potentially could. I am so pleased with their solution.

Long-distance move from San Diego, CA to Dallas, OR

My step coordinator was interesting and they provided me with thorough information I needed to alleviate the process. The moving went smoother than I would have anticipated as well as they really did not damage any corridors or doors. The vehicle driver was timely as well as ensured to stay on time.

Consider on your own alerted: this is a SCAM moving firm My experience was really similar to other reviews below and also on other web sites. A lot of the positive evaluations you'll see are misstated with fake accounts from the company owners. Need to you pick to not regard my recommendations and employ the business anyway, below is what you will certainly experience: They will call you, be pleasant, tell you they are a "family company" as well as make promises of their professionality. Then, they will bait you with a lowball quote of packing and moving your possessions through a stock over the phone (FIRST RED FLAG). As soon as your deposit (SECOND RED FLAG) is safeguarded, it's all down hill from there. On relocating day, they will certainly assert you "had more inventory than what was provided" (THIRD WARNING). Then, they will increase or triple your moving cost. If you decide to go on with their services, they may price pad in order to reach their preferred cubic footage in their truck. For us, this shown up in underpacking boxes (most boxes were half filled), packing garbage right into boxes (actually, they put trash from their packaging materials and also from our counters right into boxes), and also inefficiently loading boxes (i.e. an entire box of loading paper with just one plastic Tupperware inside). On distribution day (which is typically fairly delayed, according to lots of reviews), you will likely have a 3rd party firm supply your possessions (this was not disclosed to us before authorizing our contract). Our boxes arrived smashed and tarnished, and also the majority of our furniture was harmed. My bikes were harmed virtually past repair. Several products inside the boxes were broken, as the movers did not properly wrap meals, photo frameworks, publications, professional apparel (undoubtedly, ours were in the same box as unwrapped as well as dirty grill devices), or lamps. When you call to report this, their line will be "we have actually never seen anything such as this." In addition, an Amazon box was missing upon distribution. Their client service agent, Richard, attempted to bully my hubby via phone, saying, "Look, the box is gone. We do not recognize where it is." The box instantly showed up a couple of days later on, after my other half educated them that there was absolutely nothing of value in package. Richard likewise tried to bully me by means of phone when I was informing him of all the damages that was done to our belongings. He specified, "I didn't wish to say this over e-mail, yet tell me ... inform me, exactly how DID those grill accessories get in that box with the clothing? As well as exactly how DID your mattress obtain torn and also filthy? It couldn't have actually been the moving companies ... we're all professionals here." He went on to indicate that we were either lying or had actually done the damage ourselves. I complied with up on our concerns by image and also video clip documenting everything as it showed up. I after that filed issues with the BBB and also Washington AG Workplace of Customer Matters. The regular action of the firm representative, Itay Dadon, was to safeguard their image, stay clear of reacting straight to my worries, as well as exist concerning the situations. Mr. Dadon even asserted I had actually doctored images or boxes prior to taking pictures, in order to make the company appear like they had actually taken part in price cushioning.

Most reviews for this place are awful and my experience has been TERRIBLE!! Honestly the worst moving company ever!!!! So they quoted us about $2200 to move, showed up and wanted an extra $1200!!!! I hadn't accumulated anything extra in the week or 2 since talking to them, but no way was I going to pay 1200! I had to move that day so I threw away and gave away a bunch of our stuff and STILL ended up paying $2600+. Unbelievable. Then to top it all off, they just left our stuff in the truck and never moved at all for 2 weeks!!! Meanwhile we are calling about our stuff, dispatch never knows where they are, when they are coming or anything useful. Now we just get voicemail. We can't reach the drivers, for all we know they took off with our stuff and we'll never see it again! Last i heard it had been 2 weeks and they still hadn't even started driving with our stuff yet. The driver blamed the dispatcher and the dispatcher blamed the weather. ???? Right. We are out even more money because we couldn't stay in our new house yet without any sort of clothes, furniture, dishes, baby stuff, etc. We had just the essentials for a week to week and a half (a reasonable amount of time for the transition), and a very short term place to stay, just enough time for them to arrive with the stuff. My husband had to delay starting his new job because his work clothes and tools are on the truck which NEVER EVEN LEFT for 2 whole weeks!! I mean seriously, WTH??? Not to mention we had to extend our stay (more money), eat out because we have nothing to cook with (more money), find somewhere to launder our clothes (more money), get a few things for the baby, it's just positively unreal. Edited to add: Eventually they arrived, almost a MONTH after packing our stuff, they were completely disorganized, they brought in someone else's stuff by mistake, and some of our stuff was missing. Funny how our missing items were jewelry and baby items/diapers, things you can easily sell.... I also found out they used to go by the name Triple 7 Movers in Nevada, then went to California and went by the name Full house movers, then moved to Washington but kept the name. They've had countless complaints and were investigated by the BBB, then they shut down. Only to pop up elsewhere.... BEWARE!!!

We hired Full House Movers based on our conversation with "Heidi" their salesperson. She said they were the best company, with a great BBB rating (complete lie), that they packed, and moved the whole house! 1) They didn't pack the whole house, they left much in the house that they either didn't see, didn't look for or decided not to pack. 2) They loaded the truck, then couldn't fit much of our stuff so they just left it unpacked. 3) They charged us nearly double their estimate, but didn't negotiate that or even give us a choice after loading the truck. 4) THey broke our art, our sleep number bed, our flat screen TV and many other items. 5) when they arrived at our destination in Bend Oregon they refused to chain the truck (in 12" of snow) and couldn't get up the driveway. They then started walking our precious items including a full sized grand piano and since they only had 2 guys on the destination end they couldn't lift it up the one flight of stairs which we fully disclosed they would be needing to do and were told it wasn't a problem. 6) We then sent them our complaint and they refused to address it. 7) We have filed an insurance claim and the insurance is just as hard to deal with as the movers. They are NOT family owned, they do not keep their commitments and they spoiled what could have been a normal move and turned it in to a nightmare. I have testified 7 times before Congress as a consumer advocate and have been a real estate broker for 27 years and have never witnessed such callous disregard in my life. Buyer beware with full house movers. Use them at your peril and risk.

My move was horrendous to say the least. First, botched communication and moving dates. It took 4 different dates and times. I had rescheduled family and friends to help. My brother even flew out from Texas. His trip was cut short because we didn't move until 5 days later than expected. I was promised professional movers. When the movers arrived at my new home, young men with no experience came from Craig's list. Boxes came in ahead of furniture and were placed where furniture was meant to go. Rugs came in after the furniture. Carpet padding after rugs. It was a mess. Now, I have to hire someone to move furniture, so I can put the padding under the rugs. As the evening was coming to an end, the driver announced that there was no more room in the house and the rest of the boxes had to go in the garage. Later, when I went upstairs, an entire bedroom was practically empty. Now, I have to go through boxes in the garage bit by bit and haul the contents into the house and up stairs. I am a senior. I was promised great care would be taken with my antiques. Furniture arrived with broken pieces, scratches, and tears. Glass was broken. Two irreplaceable antique shelves are missing and not found yet. Binding was ripped off antique suitcases. I cannot express enough how pathetic the whole moved started and ended. Yes, I will take pictures and make a claim. At $0.60 a pound, I hardly think this company will pay for the value of the damages. All I received from talking with the staff and owner was, "Sorry, make a claim."

The absolute worst moving experience ever. If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would. They are deceptive in their quotes, lie about the coverage the provide, and throw on extra charges at every turn. For starters, their original quote included packing of various items, but at the end of the day it cost me an additional $600. Next, their delivery people on the other side (this was an interstate move) held my shipment hostage until I paid them an additional $2,500 on a binding agreement. Then there is the insurance issue. I was told that the shipment was covered for $108,000, hence I didn't feel the need to buy additional coverage. Numerous items were damaged such as the leg supports for the pool table being broken, an antique display cabinet was scratched and pitted, appliances were dented, irreplaceable sculptures were broken, and when it comes to filling the claim they said I'm only covered for 60 cents a pound. Considering they lost a box full of RC aircraft worth over $1,500 dollars (and the aircraft being light by design) I will be lucky to get $5.00 back for a loss of $1,495. Do yourself a big favor and look elsewhere for your moving needs. This company lacks integrity, professionalism, and are complete scammers. Perhaps this is part my fault for believing in the good in people, but unless you pay several thousand dollars extra for more insurance they will completely disrespect your property with no attempt to treat it as I would if I were in their position. Let the buyer beware.

We priced out many different moving options before we chose Full House Movers. Jason was friendly but not pushy while gathering our info for an estimate. He encouraged us to shop around, confident we would choose them. The services offered and the price made it difficult to pass up. The estimate of time needed and price was right on track. The moving team was nice and got right down to business. They listened to our needs, came up with the game plan and executed it flawlessly. Should we ever need to move in the future you can bet I'm calling them again!

DO NOT use these movers. Our interactions started off great. The gal Hailey, who gave us our estimate over the phone, was so nice seemed so sweet and trustworthy, talked about their great BBB rating, etc. We had to complete a measurement of our goods to finalize the quote, and we received an estimate based on the cubic square feet of our goods we wanted to move. The movers came and picked up the goods, had my husband sign documents, said payment would be later. Once they had our goods, they called us back and stated that they needed payment based on the weight (not on cubic feet as we had agreed upon), at this point we were up to double of the original quote, and Hailey was no longer working with us, Amanda and her manager gave us grief and threatened to hold our goods until payment or start a lien process. The manager was quite insulting via email. We went to the Better Business Bureau, and we came to an agreement with a small discount, better then nothing. Then when our goods FINALLY made it across the country (took about 4-5 weeks), we were told there would be additional charges because they would need to move the equipment to a smaller truck. My husband was so mad he just went and met the large moving truck and took all of his stuff off it with his friend's help. Today I received a call from the Better Business Bureau; they are investigating this company, because you cannot have a binding contract in place and then suddenly switch it up as they did to us, holding our goods for ransom. I sent all of my documentation to the BBB and may take this company to small claims court. DO NOT USE these movers.
