This is the worst company you could ever imagine dealing with. I feel sorry for the owner of this company as he is probably unaware of "Joy' working in his Denver location. This woman lies repeatedly and then tries to cover with more lies. She is horribly rude and when asked to speak to the highest authority in the company, she stated it was her. I know this is not true because know person holding value in their won company would speak like this and would be trained to handle a phone call the right way. How she got the name, baffles me. She repeatedly spoke over me and would not allow me discuss my concerns. She and therefore the company take advantage of people thinking that we are uneducated and don't understands simple ethics in life. We paid for 2 jobs on moving day and were charged for 2 trucks, fuel service for both trucks, and a driver and mover to go along with each. We paid close to $4000 only to have one truck and one team arrive for both jobs. It took them all day and thankfully they were good people that worked hard to make up for the company. Joy stated it was like "calling a plumber" and they can arrive on multiple jobs and charge separately for each. This explanation is the silliest thing I have ever heard. I have owned multiple businesses in my time and this is horrible business ethics. The same crew was to do 2 jobs while bringing the same truck, fuel, and get paid double for their "man hours", all on the same job and clock. What??!!! Later that evening we noticed a missing piece of furniture. We called and it ended up being under some towels tossed to the side in the back of the truck. It was damaged in the process and brought back the next day by another truck. Guess what, billed close to another $1000 for that trip. Now our insurance claim (we took out the appropriate insurance for the job) won't be filed until we pay again. Greed is a sad part of our world and I ask that any of you business owners out there to please pay close attention to your employees. These are people that can help ruin a company that possibly a good person has set out for good. Please don't hold on to people that aren't trained well and are extremely poor with customer service. A logistically demanding move from a secure location requiring special handling skills. This was a repeat operation, the last one was about four years ago. The execution was flawless (on time, within the budget, property management happy with protocols followed). I would highly recommend these folks for any moves of sensitive equipment or working in a sensitive environment.
Military move. Wife had grandmothers jewelry stolen and purses. They wonít honor a claim because it wasnít identified as high value item. 2 of 3 packers there seemed trustworthy. Movers weíre all legit hard-working. Now we can file a police report that wonít go anywhere because they can claim it was lost.
BEWARE!!! of this moving company ( BUEHLER MOVING COMPANIES/ MAYFLOWER). Recently we hired them to move our household. It was a real nightmare. They damaged every piece of furniture, dented refrigerator door, damaged several walls, front door and door frame in our new house, broke several pieces of china and glassware. This company probably hired them off the street with no training, supervision or direction. These movers had no clue what they were doing. No care or regard was shown to our belongings or the new house we were moving into. Company hardly compensated for the damage. We have moved several time in our lifetime but this was the worst moving experience. The staff that scheduled the move lied to us and were very rude to deal with.

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with this company. I had them deliver our living room furniture. I am especially pleased with Kwane Lamb and Marcus Davis. They were prompt, careful, and courteous. They made sure I was happy with the furniture and their work before leaving. Great job guys!
Our move was on Dec 18th, this was a 13 hour job, to only move 8 miles, and almost everything was pre-boxed, we even moved a lot of our stuff through a trailer and vehicles. This probably should have been a two day move. Let me start with the good: Our sales rep came out on Friday to look over what we had already accomplished he thought it would be a smooth move. They called the head ahead and confirmed our move. They arrived ahead of schedule, they were polite, and worked hard and non-stop throughout the 13 hours they moved us (yes, they did take breaks, but in shifts and the breaks werenít extensive) . They were always polite and respectful when asking directions. As we were also loading up our own vehicles and trailer they did not seem to be bothered by our moving in and out of the house also. They did a great job of wrapping and protecting some the furniture. Next the questionable part: When it became very apparent one of the workers was ill, my husband asked he be sent home, as to not get others sick, us sick and make himself more miserable. The forman did communicated to the ill worker that he needed to leave. It took a couple hours for him to finally go. The Bad. Moving out of the house they werenít exactly careful. For professional movers they did not have a dollie or moving straps. This caused dents and holes in the walls and my husband had to go back to patch and paint. Most of our boxes were labeled exactly were they needed to be delivered to in the new house (we did all our own packing and purchased all our boxes), but over half the stuff ended up in our out building causing us to have to move many items into the house. Boxes labeled kitchen were put in the master bathroom. Also Many boxes were dropped on top of each other, smashing down other boxes and many boxes were also rolled off the truck in to the outbuilding. Our guest bed was placed in my daughters room along with her bed. The master bed was taken apart and when put back together the movers just screwed the braces in where ever. They didnít even try to line up the screws the the previous holes, which my husband had to go back and fix as the bed was not secure. They took items apart that didnít need to be taken apart, things they should have taken apart before moving they tried to move first (wasting a lot of time). The dresser mirror made it to the new house ok, but while moving it into the bedroom they ended up putting it down and not making sure it was secure, and it fell over and shattered. There are also some items missing (nothing of huge value but still annoyed I have to go out and purchase these items). WIll be submitting a claim for the mirror. Iím glad we did the packing and I moved almost all our pictures.
Mike Kelitholokai was our crew chief for both moves. The original move and the secondary move from storage. Both moves went without a hitch. Mike made whatever we needed happen. He was on time , polite and personable. A hard worker. He was always looking out for the safety of his crew while constantly making sure our property was handled properly. Our storage move crew Donald, Drake and David were very pleasant efficient and courteous.
Buehler Companies hired me to repair furniture they damaged during a move; after several months of no response they still refuse to pay the invoice or honor their customer's claim. †The only way I received a response was by threatening a civil suit, to which they finally responded: I wouldn't say it's† not going to get paid.† † This summer our company purchased a Graebel Agency when it went out of business along with their office and large warehouse.† We sold the old building and remodeled and relocated into this building earlier this year.† Buehler Companies is doing well, but cash poor at this time.† I'm not in the accounting department and have no idea what their plan is, but payment will be presented to you.† For me, all I can do is apologize for getting you caught up in our self created problem. † Sorry!! † Mark Muelot/ Claims Manager 16456 E.
